I added the wrong address

If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will be at your cost.

What do I do if the item doesn't fit me?

We urge our customers to look at the sizing videos and measurement tables on each product page before placing an order. We can certainly send you another size, but it will be at your cost.

How should I clean the materials?

Tees and Hoodies:

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design.

We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles.

You can also check with the manufacturer directly or search YouTube for other recommendations.
